Hello and welcome to Infinite VA Solutions Australia! My name is Jenny, and this is my story!

 

IVAS was born amid COVID-19, a situation we will remember for years to come. I came to a crossroad in my career and had the opportunity to really think about what my ideal job would look like. I knew I wanted a better work/life balance, and a role that would utilise the skills I have developed over 30+ years in Corporate, Healthcare Industry and the Resource Sector, I decided it was time to work for myself.

In creating my ideal job, I knew that I wanted to support small to medium sized businesses, as well as entrepreneurs grow and achieve their business and personal goals. I love administration, planning, problem solving and being organised. I have also immigrated twice in my life, which I might add, builds true grit and determination!

IVAS offers its clients a personable and professional virtual assistant/business support service, without the cost and time that comes with bringing on a new team member.

 

My mission is to take the frustration out of your day by assisting with essential administration, onboarding of new employees, email and calendar management, proof reading and editing, typing proposals/presentations, booking appointments and more!
